Our story
Vitalis started as a small general hospital serving families around Subhash Chauraha. As Prayagraj grew, so did the need for specialist care that did not require travelling to another city. We added critical care, pathology, radiology and surgical services step by step — always keeping the same team culture.
Today Vitalis runs seven departments, more than 150 inpatient beds and a 24/7 emergency service, supported by an in-house laboratory, pharmacy and blood bank coordination. Our newest addition is a digital patient experience platform, including an AI care assistant that helps you find the right department, timings and paperwork before you arrive.
Mission & vision
What guides our clinical decisions
Our mission
To deliver dependable, evidence-based multispeciality treatment to every family in Prayagraj — accessible around the clock, explained in language patients understand, and priced transparently.
Our vision
To be the region's most trusted hospital for critical and planned care, where technology reduces waiting and uncertainty rather than adding to it.
Patient first, always
Every protocol is designed around comfort, dignity and clear communication with the family.
Clinical safety
Infection control, medication checks and documented handovers across every shift.
Coordinated teams
Specialists, intensivists and physiotherapists plan care together rather than in silos.
Honest guidance
We explain what is needed, what is optional and what a treatment realistically achieves.
