Your information is used to schedule appointments, deliver clinical care, maintain medical records as required by law, process insurance claims and contact you about your visit. We never sell patient data.
Who can access it
Access is limited to treating clinicians, authorised hospital staff, and, where you consent, your insurer or TPA. Disclosures otherwise happen only when required by law or a court order.
Data retention and security
Medical records are retained for the periods required under applicable Indian medical record regulations. We use access controls, encrypted transmission and audited systems to protect your data.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your records, ask for corrections to factual errors, or withdraw consent for non-essential communication by writing to our patient relations desk.
