Your rights
You have the right to dignified and non-discriminatory care, clear information about your diagnosis and treatment options, an itemised bill, privacy of your health information, a second opinion, and access to your medical records.
Informed consent
No procedure is performed without explaining its purpose, alternatives and risks in a language you understand, and obtaining your consent.
Your responsibilities
Please share complete and accurate health history, follow the agreed treatment plan, respect the safety and privacy of other patients and staff, keep appointment timings, and settle bills as agreed.
Raising a concern
Concerns can be raised with the duty officer, or through our feedback and grievance form. Complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours.
