Refund Policy
How refunds are handled for consultations, health packages and advance payments.

Consultation fees
If an appointment is cancelled by the hospital and cannot be rescheduled, the consultation fee is fully refunded.
Health packages
Unused health packages can be refunded within 30 days of payment, less the cost of any investigations already performed.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days. Billing queries can be raised at the billing desk or through the feedback form.
