Booking, rescheduling and cancellation rules for OPD appointments at Vitalis.

Booking

Appointments can be booked online, by phone or at the reception. Every online booking receives a reference ID which you should keep for follow-up.

Arrival

Please arrive 15 minutes before your slot with your reference ID, a photo ID and previous reports or prescriptions.

Rescheduling and cancellation

Call our reception with your reference ID to reschedule or cancel. We request at least 4 hours of notice so the slot can be offered to another patient.

Consultant unavailability

If a consultant is called into an emergency, our team will contact you to reschedule at the earliest convenient slot, or offer an alternative consultant in the same department.
